A west coast girl who has always been a true lover of food... No matter how hard I try to be clean & tidy while preparing or savoring a delicious meal, I seem to channel my inner Tasmanian Devil and chaos ensues. Hence the nickname... Untidy Heidi. I may require a bib at times and cause a mess, but the food exploration is always fun and usually delicious. Hope you enjoy!
